Shipping Policy
For Worldwide orders, packages are shipped via FedEx. We do not use any Saturday/Sunday service options so business days are considered Mondays - Fridays, excluding holidays.
Shipping and handling is based on your total weight of your order, and is calculated at the checkout screen for your review before submitting your order. Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees, Taxes and other fees associated with importing products for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not have any control over the fees charged to you. Please note if you order multiple items with different shipping dates, we wait until all items are in stock before shipping. However we do not set aside your order in these instances and therefore, some items may sell out prior to your order shipping. If you do not want to take this risk, then we suggest placing orders based on what is in stock and what we can manufacturer according to your or our given time limit.
• Majority of our orders are shipped within 15-20 business days of order receipt.
• We do ship worldwide at this time
• Products are shipped in our Signature Gift box, If you place order with Gift box then, otherwise we ship each product is packed in our secure zipped plastic bag.
